It is specially developed for fully automatic operation of aluminum anodization. This series of products can be added to monophosphoric acid or In the phosphorus-sulfuric acid polishing system, it can significantly improve the polishing speed of the polishing liquid on aluminum materials, reduce the weight loss of aluminum materials, and has the advantages of fast light output, anti-flow marks, anti-flushing, and good surface quality, and can prevent 7 series aluminum. Due to the defects such as pitting and discoloration caused by the corrosion of alloying element zinc, the workpiece can be applied to the automatic polishing of 7 series aluminum workpieces.

The polishing gloss of aluminum can reach or exceed the traditional tri-acid chemical polishing, and more importantly, it can prevent the transfer corrosion of aluminum polishing parts (that is, during the stagnation process of the aluminum polishing parts being transferred from the polishing liquid to the cleaning tank, due to the surface The uneven corrosion that continues to occur with a large amount of higher temperature polishing liquid still adhered, resulting in poor appearance, commonly known as "flow marks").

Under normal circumstances, the aluminum workpiece is polished in the aluminum polishing liquid added with this product according to the technical requirements. The polishing temperature is 80-100 °C, and the air time is 20-30 seconds. The automation of chemical polishing creates conditions that make it possible to realize fully automatic operation of aluminum anodizing lines (including pretreatment).

This product does not contain ODS (Ozone Depleting Substances) and conforms to RoHS standards; it does not contain nitric acid and nitrate, and does not produce yellow smoke and harmful gases.
