Phosphorus-free, nitrogen-free chemical polishing additive for aluminum
This product is a phosphorus-free and nitrogen-free chemical polishing additive. It is added to a single sulfuric acid system and does not use any phosphoric acid, nitric acid and related salts. The product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, ODS-free, and RoHS-compliant.
Overview
Mainly suitable for chemical polishing of aluminum and aluminum alloys.
Scope of application
It does not contain phosphorus and nitrogen, and the cost of sewage treatment is low; it can prevent the phenomenon of "flow marks" and "flushing" in the process of aluminum polishing.
Features
■ Bath preparation
  Proportion: RTsPO30: sulfuric acid (98%) = 1:1.5-2.5 (weight ratio).
  Use temperature: 100-120℃

■ Reference process
