Additives for high-light chemical polishing of aluminum
This product is a phosphoric acid-sulfuric acid two-acid chemical polishing agent for aluminum, does not contain ODS (ozone depleting substances), and complies with RoHS standards; it does not contain nitric acid and nitrate, and does not produce yellow smoke and harmful gases.
Overview
It is mainly suitable for aluminum products with high mirror polishing and gloss requirements.
Scope of application
It can significantly improve the polishing speed of the aluminum material by the polishing liquid, reduce the polishing weight loss of the aluminum material, and prevent the transfer corrosion of the aluminum polishing parts.
Features
■ Bath preparation
   After adding phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid to the polishing tank, after dissolving a certain amount of aluminum, add RTs-PO19 in a metered ratio, stir evenly, and then add a certain amount of additives. The first piece can be tested after thermal aging.

■ Reference process
