Aluminum chemical polishing anti-flow mark bright additive
This product is a monophosphoric acid or phosphoric acid-sulfuric acid two acid chemical polishing additive, suitable for chemical polishing of aluminum alloys, with fast polishing speed, no yellow smoke and irritating odor during polishing; the product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, ODS-free, and RoHS-compliant .
Overview
Mainly used for chemical polishing of aluminum alloy, excellent polishing effect on "7" series aluminum, especially suitable for automatic polishing production line.
Scope of application
The light output is fast and the polishing effect is good, which can prevent the appearance of surface flowers, flow marks and punching lines.
Features
■ Bath preparation
   Add phosphoric acid (sulfuric acid) to the polishing tank, dissolve a certain amount of aluminum, add RTs-PO20 in a metered ratio, stir evenly, add a certain amount of additives, and keep the temperature for 24 hours to test the first piece.

■ Note: RTs-PO20 will precipitate if left for a long time, please stir well before use.
