This product is the main agent of stainless steel micro-etching (T) treatment liquid. After the stainless steel is treated with this product, dense corrosion holes are formed on its surface, which can realize the injection molding joining of stainless steel and plastic. The thin and light design is also conducive to the realization of waterproof and dustproof functions of the product. This product does not contain heavy metals such as cadmium and chromium.

Scope of application

After the stainless steel is treated with this product, the surface is densely etched, the structure and morphology are stable, the joint strength is high after integral molding with the plastic, and the joint has excellent air-tightness and water-tightness. The bath liquid is stable and the bath building cycle is long. Acid corrosive chemicals.

Features

■ Preparation of bath liquid

Mix RTs915C and RTs950C according to a certain weight ratio, add pure water according to the weight ratio of the total amount of chemicals and pure water about 3.5:1, raise the temperature to 95±1℃, and then add pure water or evaporated water to adjust the density of the tank liquid to Within the range of 1.170-1.220g/ml, the material can be fed for micro-etching treatment. The weight ratio of RTs915C and RTs950C and the optimal density range of the bath liquid are obtained by optimizing the test according to the product design requirements.

■ tank liquid replenishment

In the process of use, when the concentration of the active ingredients in the tank liquid is reduced to a certain range, 1/5~1/4 of the tank liquid is poured out, and then RTs915C and RTs950C are added at a weight ratio of 1:1, pure water is added, and the temperature is raised to 95 ±1℃, adjust the density of the bath liquid to within the control range.
